Programs

YWP programs provide leadership training, employment opportunities, project work, and a larger continuum of care that enables teens to educate and organize their peers and work to change laws and policies to reflect their realities.

Teen Women in Action is an after-school program that builds 100 DC teen women leaders each year through self advocacy, leadership development, and project implementation. Teen-Adult Partnerships, FCC and PHASE, train and support teen staff who work to challenge and improve teen-serving institutions through city-wide issue campaigns.
